Year 6 Leaders
Why do we have Year 6 leaders?
At Hillcroft, we believe that it is important for ALL our Year 6 children to be awarded with responsibility in their last year of Primary School.
What do the Year 6 Leaders do?
The Year 6 children are presented with a number of whole school responsibility job descriptions from which to choose.
These roles include:
- Team Captains,
- Head Boy and Girl,
- School Prefects,
- School Council Chair and Vice Chair,
- Play Leaders.
To prepare the children for later life, they have to apply and then be interviewed for the posts.
