STRONG Values

At Hillcroft we aim to help children develop the following core strengths through our STRONG behaviour and learning values. Our STRONG learning values underpin our curriculum and are an integral part of school life. Our behaviour STRONG values are the foundations of our behaviour policy at Hillcroft.

Our STRONG values are intended to support the personal, social and spiritual development of every pupil throughout the school. We believe these learning values are fundamental as they enable our children to understand the importance and relevance of different attitudes to effective learning and behaviour.

Spring 1 Focus - R (Respect and Reflects on Learning)
